Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lobsta platform, including LobstaCloud, LobstaKit, and LobstaBox (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Lobsta provides an AI assistant platform available through cloud hosting (LobstaCloud), open-source self-hosting software (LobstaKit), and pre-configured hardware (LobstaBox). Each product may have additional terms specific to its use.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You may not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

5. Payment & Billing

LobstaCloud subscriptions are billed monthly. LobstaBox pre-orders require a deposit. Refund policies vary by product. See individual product terms for details.

6. Intellectual Property

LobstaKit is released under the MIT License. The Lobsta brand, logos, and proprietary cloud infrastructure remain the property of Lobsta. Your data remains your own.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lobsta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
